   This practice is truly awful, they never answer the phones so booking an appointment is near on impossible to obtain. If by chance you do get through and get one-don’t get stuck in traffic and arrive 10 minutes late, you will not be seen! Spoke with the practice manager who was most unhelpful and informed me more or less it’s just tough. I made mention of the poor communications having left several messages with no one calling back, his reply to this-yes we have had phone problems! What for the last 6months???? In short they are unhelpful and rude. Will not try to resolve the problem and then become surprised that you are frustrated by this? A normal response to the situation I think. Avoid at all costs.
