    This is the second time I’ve left a review. I visited the hygienist on 17th January. During my treatment a third person entered the consulting room. I assume this was a trainee as he took over from the nurse and took part in my treatment. At no time was I given an explanation nor was I asked if I minded. I feel there was a complete lack of courtesy. However, as my review has been ignored I can only assume you feel this treatment of a paying patient is OK.

    I visited the practice a week ago for a planned appointment with the hygienist. I have a regular appointment and have been satisfied with my treatment in the past. However on this occasion a third person came into the consulting room during my treatment and took over briefly from the nurse. I assume that this person was in training, but at no time was this explained to me, or was I asked if I minded. I felt totally vulnerable and ignored by this lack of courtesy and would appreciate an explanation.

    Excellent felt very relaxed and very kind , wont be nervous again ,definitely would recommend this practice

    Needham Market Dental Practice is an excellent practice. The dentists all have experience and expertise and are both caring and professional. Indeed all the staff at the practice are friendly, helpful and efficient. So glad to have them here, for both NHS and private patients.
