   Having put up with this dental practice for several years, I finally reached the end of my patience as a result of their ongoing poor level of service Receptionists are consistently rude and arrogant and no management staff willing to take responsibility for their service. The most recent issue being I was quoted a cost for their hygienist service which a deposit was paid in advance of the appointment, upon completion of the treatment, I was informed they had since increased their price, therefore my treatment would be charged at a higher rate, despite challenging the assertion and providing evidence of their original quote and deposit paid, it was maintained that I had made the mistake. I requested my concerns to be escalated to their practice manager and a written response on two separate occasions, on both occasions I was informed I would receive a call back, needless to say this never happened, with all requests being ignored which was the catalyst for my moving to another dental practice.
