Very professional and polite but always approachable. Very patient centred. Everything is explained before the procedure begins. The staff are very mindful of patients and their comfort.

Was anxious about my dental appointment before I arrived . The waiting time was fine and the advice and treatment I received was excellent. I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed that I found the overall experience better than expected. Would highly recommend this dental practice.

I am a very nervous patient and all the staff explained things really well until I understood which took a few times because with me being so nervous due to my fear of dentists it didn't sink in at first what they were saying.

Always greeted with a smile. Very clean smart waiting area. If running late always receive an apology. All options on your treatment are clearly explained. Dentist very experienced and professional

Comfortable waiting room and appointment on time all staff extremely polite and friendly I have been with this Dentist for a long time and feel that I'm lucky to have such a well organized and efficient dentist to visit

I suffer with anxiety and don’t like change.but seeing a new dentist made me incredibly nervous and I got very upset.but she was absolutely lovely and understanding and took it at my pace.I felt less panicked.

Very efficient receptionists but need to smile and look at customers. Brilliant dentists who know exactly what they are doing. Includes patient with decision on course of treatment. Thank you.

As usual a good experience at my dentist Balby, receptionists very pleasant, everywhere clean, my dentist is professional and caring, conscious of me being nervous.
