    I’ve been with this dentist for years now and they have never failed. I have anxiety with dentists but the entire practice, reception, dental nurses and dentists, hygienists are second to none. Very empathic and thorough at their job. I wouldn’t use another practice, I have in the past and the comparison is huge. Deeply understanding of mental health and do an excellent job of making you feel at ease. I recommend this practice to everyone, the best practice in Sunderland. Very happy with their treatments, always excellent work and they are very much appreciated.

    When I got there the receptionist made me aware that he was running a little late. But I only waited about 10 minutes.

    Rang for an emergency appointment the receptionist was so warm and welcoming on the telephone I had an appointment the very same day the dentist and the nurse went above and beyond thanks so much for seeing me at such short notice highly recommend

    On 15th August my mam (92) phoned you for attention as one of her canine teeth had snapped at the root. She was given an appointment in a month and has since called numerous times, as advised by the surgery, for a cancellation- with no success. Is this really what she should expect from NHS at her age? She's too honest to say it is painful, but it does affect her when eating and when speaking

    i tried to book a routing appointment at this dentist which ive been attending for 31 year, they advised because i havent been since covid i have been removed from nhs list, bearing in mind i have received 0 letters, 0 reminders 0 warnings and my 2 children are still registered they are refusing me treatment or a check up unless i pay private with them. I am struggling as it is without having to borrow money to pay private. i was not allowed any check ups during covid and i find this completely unreasonable.

    Have used this dentist since1988 couldn’t be better treat the staff are always friendly and helpful and very reassuring any treatment needed is explained and made to feel at ease couldn’t ask for better service
