    Rang in the afternoon and got an appointment the following morning. The receptionist was very understanding and helpful as I was in a lot of pain. As always, my dentist was fantastic..

    Bridgwater, Somerset practice. Don't touch this practice with a barge pole. Rude, condescending, arrogant receptionist not willing to help and seemed to enjoy mocking me on the phone. They will also remove you from their patients' list after a period of time and not inform you. Once you are removed they will not see you. Apparently, "it is not our policy to inform patients when they are removed". No NHS support either, "we are a private company". I had used them both as a private and NHS patient only to find I was struck off. Avoid at all costs.

Due to our current NHS appointment available we are unfortunately not able to offer appointments to everyone who contacts the practice, and this can include patients who have previously attended.
