Having to wait for many months (4) for a simple crown due to dentist being confused; being told the wrong information that I have to pay separately for each crown under the NHS band 3; being given the wrong information about the type of crown material. As soon as I got into the chair, the dentist started talking about private treatment I have no faith in this dental practice at all. The previous dentist was absolutely fantastic with a great customer focused and friendly - unlike now. The only nice point about the practice is the receptionist who was very friendly and courteous
