    Attended to my needs quickly and efficiently. Getting an appointment was no problem. Didn’t have to wait long to been seen. Have a check up in August which I will definitely be going to. Thank you.

    Clean waiting room and practice. Helpful receptionist. I did not have to wait too long after checking in at reception. Thorough check up completed by dentist along with the scale and polish.

    I'm happy for the moment. Great approach to the patient. The daughter is not afraid, she came out smiling. This is our first dental clinic. Next visit in 6 months and of course we will come

    I have been trying to contact them on 020 8422 2002 and everytime I have been #1 on queue and after waiting for almost 15-20mins, the call gets disconnected. Absolutely annoying when you are trying to reach out for booking na appointment

    Horrible experience this morning at this centre. I booked an appointment over the phone around a week ago for today at 11:55. On Monday I received a text message of 2 forms to complete, of two appointments strangely, both for today, one at 9:15, one at 11:55. I completed them. Yesterday I received other two forms via text message, for the same two appointments. I completed them. I have also received a call from the reception to confirm the appointment, I was still with my mind on the 11:55 even if the receptionist said at 9:15 (never asked for an appointment at 9:15!! I had other commitments). This morning I go to the practice at 9:30 because of my other commitments but sure I would be received at 11:55. They argued I missed my appointment and they cancelled the one at 11:55 (who asked for it???). Also they said they shouldn't book it in the first place because I am a new patient - they couldn't find me in their records, but I registered in the past, I can't proof it because I registered giving them a paperwork and didn't scan or photographed unfortunately. They behaved all time like they didn't believe me, which is very disappointing, also giving the fact that I proofed I've been there in the past accompanying my mum who registered with me and she was in their records because she went to an actual appointment. I registered in the past without going to any appointment. Also my mum have never received written confirmation of registration, and neither I did. The mistrust is real and they have been really rude. Now I'm checking any practice close to my house who accept new NHS patients but I can't find any so I'm kind of left out!!!! I don't recommend this centre, it's the worst!!!
