Needed to see a dentist as an emergency so called up on the day and got an appt straight away. Given antibiotics and told what the next treatment was that I needed. Was really sympathetic as I had not need for a while and not judgemental at all. All in a so relieved to have been seen and the pain taken away. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

From the start of my visit the reception staff were friendly, polite and very professional. I haven’t been to the dentist for a while so was a little anxious to what treatment I would need. However, as soon as I walked into the room I was greeted by a friendly dentist who listened to me and put my mind at ease straight away. She was fantastic, explained what she was going to do, made me feel at ease and made me feel completely relaxed throughout the appointment. She is a credit to the Dental practice. Thank you

Receptionist were polite and friendly. I had a new dentist to me that was very helpful with advice and very patient and understanding. Overall a pleasant visit

The practice frequently cancels appointments with no explanation as to why. The latest time my son's appointment was cancelled (not for a further 2 months time) and I was told to ring back in September! another 6 month wait. I never accept an appointment will be kept it's a lottery.

Rang today to make an appointment only to find out they've removed me from their list - no notice - no discussion. Want me to become a private patient - awful tactic, really shocked as been a patient a long time

My latest visit proved just as good as previous ones. Staff are always friendly, putting you at ease, giving sound advice, and excellent dental care.

Rude and aggressive receptionist on the phone. She hung up on me when trying to make an appointment after they cancelled one for the second time. She started off very rude and got worse as the time went on, shouting over me. I would hate to have been in the waiting room hearing that.
