Had no contact sense covet then a call to say check up overdue went for checkup after told not on NHS because dentist had left although the have got 2 other dentists but we were not transferred to them although be for covet when a dentist left we were transferred when phone and when we arrived at the dentist nothing was said about it being it was now private have been with them for about 15 years not a very good way to treat people also the cost of a checkup on the. NHS it’s £25 80 privet the charge £49 for the same thing and it took the same amount of time that is disgusting

Although I’m a nervous patient, I’ve only ever had understanding and kindness from all members of staff. An exceptionally clean practice, and have never had any problems getting an appointment.

Been going here a few years now my daughter gos now always friendly and put you at ease , my daughter had just had to teeth out ready for her braces she was obviously nervous but as always put here at ease and reassured her ty

Staff were pleasant, dentist was lovely and very understanding, made me feel at ease, answering and explaining answers given, also done a though examination of my teeth and denture,
