I went straight into my appointment with no waiting, I had a thorough check up followed by a very efficient clean and polish. My dentist was very professional, friendly and has a great "chair side manner

Arrived slightly early booked in through the receptionist very professional. Made my Way to the waiting room seen promptly by the dentist and treatment efficiently carried out

Lovely receptionist, lovely dentist. Would definitely recommend. My only 'criticism' would be - please give the lovely but overworked receptionist some help! She was so pleasant and calm but so so busy - I waited longer to be seen at reception before and after my appointment than I did in the waiting room and being seen by the dentist. She is a real credit to you.

I'm a nervous patient and felt no confidence with this practice they cancel my appointment or changed time 5 times once on the morning of my appointment and then didn't even tell me that today's appointment was cancelled. very unprofessional felt awful for receptionist they get the brunt of it, if they treat private patients like this I'd hate to think how they treat the NHS. awful experience
