I phoned on Friday for an emergency appointment and was in seeing the dentist the following Tuesday morning. The reception staff were very helpful upon making the appointment and pleasant when attending the dental surgery. The dentist was very attentive, asking the history of my problem and it was clear that he was actually listening to what I was saying. He explained what he was going to do at each stage and kept me at ease. My xray results were explained fully and then detailed his recommendation which was a tooth extraction. The dentist ensured I was numbed properly and within about 30 seconds he had extracted the tooth with minimal pain. He then explained how I should care for the extraction and gave an info sheet to take home. I am writing this review within 36 hours of the tooth extraction and I am no longer having any pain. I definitely will be using this dentist in future and would not hesitate in recommending them to anybody.

The service from all from front desk to surgery was excellent. I was fully informed about the procedure and after they took care to make sure I understood all that was required. Costs were very reasonable and my next visit will be January to get more work done. In general the practice has a very calm atmosphere with all staff making it relaxing and a comfortable experience. I will always use them and suggest you might do the same.

Had to go for a tooth removal. The staff from reception and dentist are exceptionally professional and polite. Not the normal thing to say about dental visit but was an enjoyable experience.

All the staff in this practice are very friendly, patient and professional. From the reception staff, the dental nurses to the dentists themselves they all seem to take great pride in their work. They send lots of reminders so you never forget your appointments which I find very handy. I would highly recommend.

I have been with My Dentist at Jacksdale for many years. They are always professional and accommodating. If an emergency appointment is needed, they show sympathy and will try and get you seen. My Dentist is very thorough and always puts me at ease.
