I had treatment over several months for a canal root filling and a crown. The procedure was explained clearly to me and the treatment was good. The practice was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Had 1 x Tooth Veneer fitted in Feb 2022 it fell off after 3 days had it put back on and then it fell off a further 5 times after that I gave up in the end and in Feb 2023 asked for a refund which I received they also wanted the veneer tooth back which I gave them I told them I would not be coming back They did not update my records and this month March 2023 had the cheek to charge me for an appointment and refused me a refund blaming me for not ringing them to cancel it! I am taking Legal advice over this I would steer well clear of this Lot.

Bern using this practise for many years but since my dentist took over its gone down hill I have been having ongoing treatment since July 2022 due to constantly cancelling appointments final appointment was made for 3 months time to be sent a text message to re arrange appointment if I could change dentist I would it's all about private even the messages whilst your on hold only tells you about private consultations it's a discrace

Warm and friendly welcome, caring dental team. Been here years, and while I’ve seen a few dentists in that time, they’ve all been great.

Impossible to get an NHS appointment was told it could be months before I’m seen! However if I was to go private then I’d be seen virtually straight away!! Really not acceptable to be holding appointments back for the more fortunate in society.

Shown the door, excuse not seeing me for two years, this was because of Lockdown, to which the reception manager happily quipped, well we were open, then smugly told me they had private spots available if they can do this to long-standing patients for no other reason but greed, plus there NHS dentists seem to only be there for 6 months before leaving.
