    Appointment was given to my mom on 13/09/2023 when we came the doctor said reception did mistake we cant do this job we need to rebook and then rebooked us for 15/09/2023 at 12:40 with confirmation email but when we came 12:10 to dentist they said appointment was 12:00 when we showed proof saying we dont know who sent id a dentist dont have clue of there system how come the store customer data action need to be taken

    Emergency appointment same day as phone call to practice. Saw new dentist to me. Very kind and gentle which I needed. Had tooth extracted but very little pain and and was fine afterwards.

    Very friendly and understanding. Willing to explain every step (dentist) as they go and offers breaks when needed. Super helpful with referrals. Reception team is very polite and understanding even in busy periods.

    Visited recently for a replacement filling. Sadly my NHS dentist had left, there are currently no NHS dentists at this practice so I moved across to see a private dentist. Very friendly reception staff, reminders for appointments, after initial check up in the morning went back same day for the filling. Have attended this practice for years along with my family. Would definately recommend. Dentist was very professional and so lovely along with the assistant. Only tiny negative is the current parking, this needs to be improved in the future if the practice is no longer moving as planned.
