Great staff very friendly, put me at ease explain everything throughout treatment. Easy to talk too. Very clean, helpful as I am disabled so did not rush me

This is a great Dentist surgery, Laura is excellent with nervous patients and puts you at ease,Ashleigh and her team on Reception brilliant customer service, You certainly won’t forget your appointment as plenty of reminders which is good :) Great Dentist, Great Staff and Great service. Having chipped a tooth I had to wait several weeks for an appointment as the practice had lost 4 dentists As I was not in pain this was not a problem . When I was seen the receptionist was lovely and friendly and apologetic. The Dentist also apologised which made me quite emotional. The NHS is something we all need to treasure and give respect The treatment I received was excellent as was the care and concern shown

Rang for an appointment in November - told I had been removed from their NHS patient list. If I wanted an appointment it had to be private. You should remove them from your list.

I called for an emergency appointment as had toothache for a while I got in that morning (which was appreciated as I know how busy they are) the dentist I saw was amazing (wish I'd got her name) like most people I'm not a fan of the dentist! She made me feel very at ease through an xray then the removal of a wisdom tooth! I'm very grateful to the dentist for getting me through it

My chipped teeth were causing a confidence issue and I left absolutely over the moon with the results of my treatment. Added to that I have been inspired to take better care as certain products were suggested and I want to keep my teeth the way they looked when My treatment was finished. Time was taken to explain everything clearly.
