    Taking children off the list with no notification, refused to take child under nhs, or add new sibling, how did the nhs dentistry become more about the money , to refuse treatment or checks after over 2 years of covid and not seeing anyone is disgusting. Then saying letter went out which it didn't. Otherwise we would not of checked today for an appointment.

    Can take many attempts to actually have an appointment as they consistently get cancelled and there's over a 3 month wait for the next available appointment. Its honestly outstanding how many appointments get cancelled last minute it's over 50%.

    The dentists in this practise are (mostly) helpful and nice but the receptionists are so rude, can’t even look up or pretend to be interested. Just smiling at people would go along way. Think you need to recruit some more personable staff who hold acceptable people skills! Me and my children are NHS patients here so are stuck here but my husband who is private goes elsewhere for this reason!

The reception team are the face of our practice and as such are expected to provide all patients with the service they deserve.   4. Review titled Great dentist but disinterested, abrupt reception staff

    The dental treatment received was great and the dentist himself was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately this did not extend to the receptionist who was very abrupt and unhelpful when asked about whether they were taking on NHS patients. Both myself and my daughter thought she was very rude.
