The staff are always professional. The receptionist was able to fit in my appointment within 2 weeks of requesting to see the hygienist. The hygienist always talks through what she is about to do and offers practical steps to follow through with any after care.

I had an unexpected problem and got an emergency appointment with my regular dentist the same day I rang. Great as it was the weekend coming up.

I have always received very good available service from hygienists assistants receptionists and nhs dentists when available. Unfortunately at this practice there have not been nhs dentists for adults since 2022 which is a result as I understand, of the current contracting arrangements between nhs and dentists. Which is the absolute fundamental reason for visiting. All hygienists assistants and receptionists have been excellent. I cannot comment on dental visits other than hygiene as I have not seen a dentist since latw in 2021. I look forward to when nhs dental contracts with dentists resume. It would be advantageous if parking could be improved.
