This is a follow up from my previous review of this dental practice. I'm still very pleased with the way my treatment has proceeded. I needed a filling which required freezing. Another injection (by a different dentist from last time) who took enough time to ensure it was absolutely comfortable and painless, as was the filling. I feel completely relaxed when attending dental appointments here, with none of the 'butterflies' that always accompanied dentist appointments throughout my life before this. They are astonishingly good, so I thought they deserved this follow up review to make other potential patients (especially nervous ones) know that they will be in very good caring hands here. I just wish I'd found them earlier!

All of the admin and clinical staff and are very cheerful and friendly. A great relaxed atmosphere for a dentists. Very professional and efficient teams , providing swift comfortable totally painless treatment. I had several extractions including a broken lower wisdom tooth which I expected to be traumatic to remove. I didn't feel a thing, no discomfort whatsoever. It was so quick and painless, including the injection, that I was quite simply in awe of the skill of the surgeon and dental nurse. They worked together as a really professional team. Impressive and reassuring to a patient who was dreading my first visit to a dentist in years. An added bonus is that they have a car park so no hunting for a parking space nearby. I spent ages looking for an NHS dentist and I am delighted that I chose to register with myDentist in Surbiton.

I was referred by my dentist for wisdom tooth extraction under a general anesthetic, turns out that wasn't what my dentist booked but the team was brilliant and got me through it with a chorus of distractions. I'm truly terrified of dentists so this is a huge deal for me. Thanks so much!

Was treated very rudely, dentist did not want to listen when I tried to explain the issue I was having he made me feel like I was not telling the truth. Not sure why anyone would go to the dentist and pretend to be in pain!!!
