I was some what nervous of the dentist , since childhood. However, I can not praise this dental practice enough. They are highly professional, equally friendly . They explain everything they are doing and always check you are ok through the process. The receptionists are lovely too, giving you a warm welcome and always ready to answer any questions you might have . I have also been visiting the dental hygienist every 6 months , whom I have found to be equally caring, professional and explains everything. I have gone from a nervous visitor of the dentist , to one that now goes every six months and know that I am in very capable hands. I can not thank them enough.

I have not been to the dentist in over 16 years as I had a bad experience previously which has left me petrified about going. I recently experienced the worst pain ever the Morning before I was due to go on holiday I was not registered and they fit me in on the day as soon as possible. The dentist I have seen is absolutely brilliant he has managed to carry out successful root canal treatment and is not only professional but passionate about what he does.I have now started to feel more relaxed going to Him and have been able to reduce the amount of sedatives I have to take. I could not recommend him enough he really does care about his patients and understands why people are so anxious about having treatment.

I have been using this practice for dental check ups every 6 months for the last two years. The rudeness and unprofessional behaviour oc the receptionists (the same people for the last two yeras) is unchanged.
