Was concerned after having the same dentist for 25 yrs on main land. But no concerns now. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dentist explained what he was going to do. Very patient aware. Follow up treatment explained .

The staff are excellent and friendly, the dentist is caring and understands any issues or concerns. All in all a great practise I am pleased to be with.

Best Dentist I have had. Lovely caring and skillful Dental Surgeon and Assistant. Reception Staff also very caring, friendly and helpful. Brilliant practice.

Having just moved to the area, and no NHS Dentists available. On searching the Web I found 'MyDentist' they were so helpful from the receptionists who I phoned first and then the one a week later who sorted out an emergency appointment on the same day. Even my old dentist could not do that. Within a week all sorted, ready for Christmas.

Unfortunately I had to have a tooth extraction, i was extremely nervous ,I told the dentist just how frightened I was ,he was very understanding explained exactly what he would do and was gentle and reassuring throughout the procedure. A huge thank you .

To be frank, they just got everything right, especially in difficult circumstances. The receptionists were fantastic, very welcoming and helpful. To be honest who actually wants to go to the dentist, especially to pay money to have your mouth yanked around. But I left feeling that all involved really cared, were helpful and provided outstanding value for money. Well done.
