They have cancelled my NHS appointment 3 times since 2020. I have now been told by the incredibly rude practice manager 'it's tough, you will only get a private appointment now'. Disgraceful attitude and no sympathy when it's them who have cancelled!

Mine and my children’s appointments keeps getting cancelled. Not been seen since 2020. No fused about my self but the kids need a check up. Now got to wait till 2023 but will probably get cancelled again as the lady said she’s not meant to book us in.

This has to be the worst dentist, they cancel nearly every appointment my kids have. They had an appointment yesterday we went and they were closed no one called to tell us, this has happened many times needs closing down
