Reminders are sent on time. Dentist friendly helpful good at the job and rarely late. Waiting room clean bright and cheerful. The receptionist s are efficient.

Visit to dentist for annual check up went well Surgery was busy but I was not kept waiting too long before I saw my usual dentist As always I was dealt with pleasantly not rushed asked questions regarding the general cleaning of my teeth asked about any problems Told things I should be doing such as Sensitive Toothpaste for my receeding gums I was welcomed it was a nice friendly appointment and as I went out the receptionist asked if I would like to book my next check up

I needed an emergency appointment, I had toothache for several days, my practice kindly fitted me in quickly. My dentist was patient, caring and considerate of my anxiety, she cured my toothache too. Excellent

Regular visits with hygienist have been excellent as have the dentist visits. After a recent incident of severe gum pain I was seen by the dentist extremely quickly. I was subscribed some meds and was diagnosed with a gum infection. The support staff and dental clinicians were all efficient, friendly and professional. Very impressive 10/10.

I called the practice in severe pain and was dealt with by a very helpful receptionist who relayed my concerns to the dentist and received an appointment the same day and was immediately out of pain for which I was very grateful

This practice is always immaculate. The staff are lovely very helpful and they treat you with kindness, care and respect. I would highly recommend them to anyone, Especially people like myself with a fear of dentist’s.

I urgently needed a dental appointment prior to going into hospital to have major surgery. The reception staff bent over backwards to fit me in and given that there was a very short window to have the treatment and it was the festive season I would not have been surprised if they couldn’t fit me in. But they did and the dentist and her assistant were so kind and supportive when I arrived. They truly went above and beyond at the practice to help me. I can’t thank them enough.

Absolutely fabulous friendly service and professional standard, especially considering the current circumstances of backlog after lockdown. Very efficient. Really clean environment. Reception staff very helpful and pleasant. Actual dentist and nurse were brilliant. 10/10
