Had an abscess on a lost tooth because it had been overloaded with filling. It was an emergency and I was seen very quickly. I am old so my past experiences with dentists have been scary and left me in a terrible state! The dentist I saw was lovely, and both she and the nurse were sympathetic, calming and very good getting me sorted. I couldn't handle the pain so it was the first time I've trusted a dentist in 20+ years and I'm sooo glad I got her! I'm still in some post pain but I would definitely recommend her! Thank you x

I can’t praise Museum Street dental practice enough. Having been registered with this practice for some years I have always received expert care. This week I had an appointment to have a tooth out. Whilst I had every confidence in my dentist I wasn’t looking forward to the procedure however thanks to the skill, reassurance, and clear explanation of what to expect I had absolutely nothing to worry about. My whole experience was positive from start to finish. For this I am grateful to everyone I had contact with, from the reception team to the dental nurse and dentist who all work together to provide (under extremely busy conditions) a very positive & much needed service.

I've used this practicw for the last 3 years. I used to be really bad at looking after my teeth so after check ups I'd frequently be referred to the hygienist. When they looked after me they were never rude or condescending and they politely educated me on how to better clean my teeth. Once I had kept my teeth clean enough I was referred to get braces fitted. I had to have some teeth pulled out due to crowding and as they were injected the anesthesia I started to panic. They asked if I was in pain, but I was scared, so they stopped giving me time to calm down and only carried on when I said I was ready. I really wish I thanked them more as I left.

I visited museum street for an emergency dental appointment today and just wanted to highlight the outstanding care and service they provide. The team were so friendly, professional and knowledgeable and I couldn’t recommend this practice highly enough.

I would like to thank the 111/emergency dental service & Museum St Dental Practice. My partner isn't registered with a dentist, and on Wed 8 Jun 2022 he had really really bad toothache. He phoned the emergency dental service at 8am the next day, and even though he was in a queue for over an hour, he was offered an appointment at Museum St later in the day. The receptionist and dentist were great, and he felt reassured. Great service, thanks.
