Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the timeline and the service. First, if you have an appointment downstairs, be prepared while you're open-mouthed to have various strangers walk in from upstairs and walk around while you're being treated.Whether they are staff or not. After that, if you keep an emergency appointment - you go in for an examination the next day, but you will have your teeth done in 1 month. I have an appointment for August 2nd and did not receive adequate treatment until September 7th. This is crazy! Ive been today with root infection and they wanted to book me for 31st January ??? Also, if two teeth hurt, they won't look at whether they are connected or a separate case. The second tooth will not be looked at at all.. I go for the same tooth 3 times in one year. I'm coming back with sensitivity, a broken filling and I'm paying.. They had to fill me three times to tell me that I actually need a crown and root canal treatment. The cavity was deep... Well, it was the first and second time you did a filling.. I came back 2 days later with strong pain.I want to mention that in the same year I had a dental check-up at this clinic and 2 days later I had a filling that is still wobbly. You also don't have an official public email! You also don't provide documentation at the end of appoitment with what you found and did. On top of that, I have to listen to private conversations between the dentist and the nurse while they are doing my teeth. Who is married to whom and so on... I came to have my teeth done and I pay you. I am the priority! I have already formally contacted lawyers and will not let this go unpunished. A whole year of pain and suffering because my condition was not taken care of. It prevented my weight loss, my sleep, my work.Now, in the approaching Christmas holidays, I will be trembling lest my tooth become inflamed again. I will wait to go to my home country. I will buy flights, hotels and money and pain. I want to mention that one time you made only a piece of the filling, the other time you worked on the neighboring tooth which is fused with the problem one(tooth). You didn't file the tooth, you just didn't see it. And the saddest thing is that I paid twice 60 pounds and once 23 pounds to suffer in pain. I do not recommend this practice. I had high hopes that I would get all my teeth done this year. The worst thing is that I didn't even get an apology even though I told the reception.
