    I developed an abscess and was recommended Springfield dental care by 111. Upon my arrival I explained my fear of dentists. He did recommend an extraction to which he could see I was clearly hesitant but he was very accommodating and placed more numbing until I was comfortable, he had the tooth removed quite swiftly. I would recommend them.

    I visited this practice as my own dental practice My Dentist wanted to charge me nearly £100 for them to see me which was obviously due to them refusing to see any of their previous NHS patients for more than a year now unless they were able to afford to pay for the privilege of a private consultation to be seen. So as I was unable to afford these fees to get my teeth checked twice yearly like I had done for so many years prior with this practice. I had now developed an abscess in one of my teeth which I had an previously had a filling treatment done, which now needed to be investigated and treated accordingly. Luckily I found this practice who were willing to see me as an NHS patient. I was booked an appointment for the next day as they understood the importance and urgency to see me as soon as they possibly could.The staff were very friendly upon arrival. I was seen promptly and the dentist technician i saw was extremely approachable and easy to talk to. He was very thorough with his examination of my teeth including an X-ray of the problematic area. He was extremely knowledgeable about advising me what the best course of action would be for my tooth abscess. So I was hopefully able to save the tooth instead of just having it removed as this procedure could possibly damage my other tooth behind it which was slightly lose now also due to the infected tooth. I am so grateful to found this practice. I honestly can’t thank them them enough for their professionalism and accepting to help me. I don’t know what I would of done otherwise. I’m cannot recommend this practice enough and moving forward I will be registering my whole family here as there overall service was 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Thanks again.

    I missed 1 appointment as baby was ill and they blocked me from now booking appointments and told me I now have to find another dentist what a complete joke!!!
