My family and I have been coming for years and would definitely recommend this practice. Always received great treatment and the dentist always puts the children at ease. Never had a problem with treatment. Best dentist in the area!

Infected tooth caused severe pain and swelling over weekend. Phoned early Monday morning for an emergency appt and told I had to wait 2 weeks to get prescription for antibiotics and 4 months for treatment. This from the dentist I am registered with. Fortunately found someone else who saw me within 3 hours and extracted the tooth.

Dear patient, Thank you for your feedback. For emergency appointments we recommend that patients call as soon as we open at 8am Monday – Friday. All our staff aim to assist patients in a respectful manner, and we ask that our staff receive the same level of respect from patients. We do currently have a waiting list for non urgent treatment however we aim to see those who need urgent dental care as soon as possible. Our receptionist is required to ask several questions to identify if a patient is registered with us and assess patients’ needs. We are sorry that you are unhappy with the service you have received on this occasion.
