Terrible communication! I have been de-registered from this dentist without my knowledge! They sent me an email less than a month ago too book in, when I called too book they told me I had been deregistered due too a no show in 2019 and because I had not attended in 6 months. I reminded them that they cancelled my appointment that I had previously booked. The staff in the phone where extremely rude and unhelpful! I’ve been a patient here for 18 years!

6 monthly check up. Dentist,Nurse & reception staff were as ever friendly and professional always have time to answer any questions and put you at ease

Never had any problems with this dentist, staff are always pleasant and helpful, treatment has been of a high standard , really happy with the service i receive.

My experience was AGAIN very good. My needs were met in a professional way. The staff were polite, receptive and my appointment was on time and met my expectations. I was introduced to a new medical dental student and i appreciate that this dental practice is keen to support the new professional people to grow and have good experiences with their patients. Well done team you are amazing.

I felt very relaxed during my appointment. The dentist was very reassuring and did an amazing job. I am very happy with the appointment and the treatment that was conducted.

I am very happy with the dentist practice and the staff. All staff appear happy and efficient and always say hello. The dentist and her assistant are brilliant and always put me at ease.
