The procedures I had were carried out fairly quickly and the dentist made sure I was fully numb before starting. However, after having the procedure, I wasn't given any after care information or advice, so I had to research this myself. I also wasn't provided with any protective eye wear during the procedure.

Why advertise on the NHS website and your own website as taking new patients, and then say after registering “you will not receive any confirmation from us but you have been added to our waiting list which is 25 weeks long. Once we have gotten to you on our waiting list only then will we contact you”. Moved back to Devon to find the nearest NHS dentist 125 miles away!

The kindness and understanding of these ladies who helped me today. They were very professional & also made me feel at ease, really friendly and I didn’t feel a thing. Was really dreading it but I came out so happy ! Couldn’t praise the team more including the lady at the reception who was so kind and I can’t thank her more for helping me get this appointment! Many thanks !

The receptionist’s, the dentist and the dental assistant were lovely. The Dentist kept me informed at all times, I n what she was doing. What further treatment I may need. Overall, it was a very pleasant visit. Highly recommend
