    I had been given a appointment to have a routine dental examination wich i was due every 6 month before covid then it was once a year. I was sent a appointment they had made for me wich was inconvient for me and i wasnt goin to be able to make is so in knowing this i rung them to re arrange this appointment for them to do this for me. I then make my way to the appointment for get there 5 mins before my appointnment time and be told the next patient had been called in as i wasnt there and her appointment was goin to take an hour or so to do so i ask to rearrange as it wasnt my fault so shes gone to do this and shes then told me that i cannot make another appointment as i was tachnically late for that one then i would be taken off the register bareing in mind i did explain to them my bus had turned up later than scheduled so it made me like behind my time scale for get there. Wich i ecplained how can i be responsable for public transport i found this very unfair and discusted in the way that i have been taken off the register for the forst appointment not being sutible they have done this on me being late second appointment. No wonder no one in leigh has got any teeth!
