My dentist is skilled and communicates well, allowing me to understand the treatments I was receiving and the neccessity of them, whilst maintaining a cheerful, friendly atmosphere as she worked. The surgery as a whole did a good job arranging my visits efficiently and the staff are welcoming too.

Book appointment with ease. Appointment was very close to said time. Bright and clean surgery with cheerful happy staff.

The lovely receptionist who was very polite. My Dentist who was kind and attentative and explained what she was doing through my procedure.

Very impressed with how the appointment was made. I was offered an earlier one which I accepted. Saw a different dentist and was very pleased and impressed with the treatment

I found the receptionist very polite and helpful. I saw a new dentist and found him amazing, at last I feel I’m truly going to get the treatment I need for my constant pain… hallelujah ?

My visit started in the car park where I was confronted by a member of staff telling me I couldn’t park in the car park. There are no signs to say staff only and previous visits I’ve always parked without issues. I wasn’t going to park in the marked reserved staff spaces. I then had to walk half a mile from a car park to the dentist in the pouring rain. The stars are for the actual Dentist and her assistant, who was lovely. Receptionist didn’t even acknowledge me or offer me another appointment after paying.

Like everyone else no one wants to go to a dentist, but this dentist is very clean, the staff from reception to the dentist are extremely friendly, helpful and take the time to talk and explain things, I never feel rushed. And to say I enjoyed the experience sounds odd but in all honesty I did.

I was seen very quickly, and am a very nervous patient. This was the first treatment I’ve had in a long time and I would highly recommend them.
