Seen on an emergency appointment, and had the most thorough appointment, a dentist who listened and fully explored to find the issue. All with the most care. Had the first pain free night in a month. Thank you

I was very nervous about going into the dentist after some bad experiences elsewhere in the past, but the dentist was extremely kind and reassuring. He could tell I was nervous and was very informative.

Clear information and explanation of treatment needed and availability of another dentist to continue private work. Receptionists always friendly and welcoming.

Very personable from arrival. Very calming and thorough. Made sure everything was set before starting procedure and that I was comfortable. There was no pain or issues and I'm thoroughly pleased with the work.

My dentist is calm and reasonable. Had dentists in the past who put fillings in “just In case”. This is the first dentist I’ve had in a long time who doesn’t panic me when I have my check ups. Everyone is always nice at this dentist.

The appointment had not been entered on the system and there was no problem fitting me in. The dentist spent time discussing treatment options and was highly professional

When we swapped dentist to your practice my daughter was terrified and cried even on entering the room. After several visits my daughter no longer cries and her anxiety around visiting the dentist now is extremely low. So please thank our dentist as he has reassured the whole family. Thank you.

I phoned the surgery and was given an appointment twenty minutes later which was really good because I was given antibiotics to stop the pain. Really good service

Reception are very friendly and helpful, our dentist is excellent, he is extremely thorough and takes time to explain everything in detail. He is also extremely kind and patient with my autistic son which really helps my son feel comfortable about going to the dentist.
