Rather upset to be honest. felt treatment was hurried, plus the atmosphere cold and unwelcoming. After treatment concluded I could not rinse my mouth with fresh water, nor was it volunteered. When I asked - told "sink not working" handed paper towels instead! Surely, as a busy operational practice it's imperative to have a functioning sink. When I asked a question regarding my treatment, again, the response was cold and quite abrupt. Awful experience. I left feeling very unhappy and insulted.

Throughout my treatment, I was treated well by the administration staff. The dental assistants were caring and professional. The dentist was very thorough in diagnosis and the treatment work he administered. He ensured any work he couldn't do was arranged to be done elsewhere. Overall, this practice has an high level of care and professionalism.
