Shortly, we seen them back in 2021 and had an extraction in August. Eight months after the first time we contacted them. We paid for it in advance in March and started to receive letters and texts this September and today that we have an outstanding account?! We have been told people were investigated and let go of that year due to the mess they made and our case clearly one of those... We sent a bank statement attached but gained no answer in September. I wonder if they will finally see after today's email that we owe absolutely nothing. And if their accountancy is a mess like this how messy their whole organisation could be? I am sorry but I can't recommend this surgery to anyone.

Appointments regularly cancelled, reason given is "NHS Backlog". Its disappointing that NHS patients are not a priority.
