I have had 3x dental appointments cancelled, these have been by text with no explanation. It’s near enough impossible to get through on the telephones. There needs to be changed ASAP!

A tooth extraction was undertaken in a friendly and informative manner, explaining what was going to happen before and during the various procedures. Regularly being reassured.

It’s very difficult to get hold of this practice, the phones are always busy so it’s extremely hard to try and get through to them. But once you're there it’s great. Staff are friendly, the dentist is great, the dental nurse is lovely, the place is clean and comfortable, really great experience.
