Your receptionists are always friendly and helpful. The dental assistants are cheerful and efficient. I’ve seen three different dentists recently and I’ve had excellent and supportive treatment from all of them.

Was treated with respect and given advice I hadn’t been given before . Disappointed that I am conflicting reasons from the hygienist , and the receptionist in the practice which differs from what the receptionist in Manchester says about my refferal .

The staff are fantastic and friendly. They are extremely helpful to my elderly disabled Mum and we never dread our dentist visits!

Everyone was friendly, I am petrified of dentists and started crying (pathetic I know) but the dentist and assistant showed empathy and reassured me. For most dentists and the amount of patients they see (and from previous experience) it’s easy to overlook how someone may feeling going into a dentist, it’s a huge thing for me, however you guys went above and beyond! A friendly smile costs nothing, thank you
