Dentist seemed upset that the work took longer than expected and moaned to the dental nurse that my work was eating into their lunch break, sorry it took longer than expected but it wasn’t any fault of my making

Great service provided by a welcoming, friendly happy skilled team. Everyone at this practice seem to enjoy their work & this is reflected in their attitude to their patients from reception to the dental chair. Additionally they are first class skilled dentists. Cannot recommend them enough & appreciate all that they do for me

I see the same dentist each time and they are very kind and efficient. I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes, and the forms are all completed online before the visit, so that saves time too.

I was seen by a hygienist, who explained what she was doing & when, to stop if needed [no], with advice for aftercare. I knew how well/not I cleaned my teeth, to keep it up. Air conditioning was improved on a very hot day while there, so all in comfort for the duration. Very happy with clean teeth & gums, no problems. Follow-up date made as advised.

I needed a very visible filling in one of my front teeth. This was done quickly and efficiently and the dentist matched colour to my other teeth perfectly so filling is not obvious.

I never have any problems when visiting the practice any problems with my teeth always sorted when i attend. A very good dental practice which i would highly recommend.

I had an appointment for a small cosmetic filling and a larger filling on a molar. The previous Sunday the molar had become very painful. I became confused with the alternatives of treatment being offered, a filling that may not be successful, an extraction or root canal treatment. Then a conversation about two other teeth that could only be performed privately at a cost of approx £650 minimum per tooth. I cannot afford that. So being confused I suggested a temporary filling of the molar to see if the pain subsided. I also discussed a gum boil that had occurred close to a disintegrating wisdom tooth that I have been referred to Guys and St. Thomas' for. Since the visit I have been in considerable pain and discomfort and have asked for a second opinion for which I have an appointment with Sevario on 25th May. Maybe I should have had a course of antibiotics with regard to the gum boil. Normally I am more than happy with the Dental Practice.
