My dentist is amazing. Best I’ve ever had. Such care and consideration and she is extremely capable. Can’t praise her highly enough.

I have a disability and cannot get up the stairs. The Dentist and his assistant always very kindly come down to use the room on the lower floor. The Dentist is very kind and gentle when examining my teeth as I have a very limited mouth opening

The staff are fantastic from the receptionist to the dentist, I had not been to the dentist for years due to very personal reasons, the lady dentist at the Mackworth practice is fantastic, she has helped me so so much get over my fears. She is lovely, excellent at her job, I had to have a lot of teeth out, she was great, even one that had broken she managed to get out, I would never go and see anyone else, you have a real diamond there, she deserves a medal bigger than a dustbin lid. I don’t very often write reviews, but I could not let this opportunity to say how brilliant she is go by and a very big shout out goes to the lovely receptionist too.

Excellent service from all staff. Receptionist very pleasant and helpful. Seen immediately by the dentist who was lovely, very thorough, pleasant assistant. All over excellent visit today.

Today I had a broken tooth that was really really hurting. The receptionist was so helpful and got me squeezed in to see the dentist same day. The dentist put on a temporary cap for now.. Pain gone sorting it next appointment. He's so quick and always does such a great job. Thank you Ps.. So why can't all places be like this.

Very happy to still have an NHS dentist, been coming here every six months for many years. The receptionist is very caring and helpful and the dentist is extremely polite and gentle.

Fantastic service from reception today when we turned up on the wrong day. We were seen straight away. Also fantastic care and service and assistance from the dental staff who explained everything carefully as they treated myself and my 2 sons.

I was in to see the Periodontist. He was so patient and helpful while i decided between numbing or not. Ended up I did ;D He kept checking that I was ok all the way through the treatment. I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience at this surgery anyway. All of the staff are Excellent.

Dentist was very reassuring and patient though I am disabled and I didn’t appreciate the receptionist sending me upstairs for me to then have to come back down stairs for my appointment as I am not very good with stairs
