   Visited this practice twice in June and July 2023. Asked for a written receipt only to be told that an emailed receipt costs £10 but all written receipts are free. Requested a free written receipt so I could collect. Emailed 3 times regarding this only to find that my email address has been blocked, created a new email address and my email was actually delivered, that's how I know they have blocked me. I do not think I am asking above and beyond normal practices. I shall see what response I get.
