  1. Review titled Cancelled appointments twice in a row

Rated 1 star out of 5

I was delighted to become a patient of this surgery as it is terribly difficult to find an NHS dentist in these times. An appointment was booked for Thursday 23rd November. The receptionist rang me to say that the dentist could not make it into work that day so rebooked for Wednesday the 13th December, today. I have just received a phone call to say the dentist is not coming in today. There is no one else to see me as there is only one NHS dentist. I refused another appointment as now don’t feel that the dentist will turn up. I also get the feeling that maybe NHS patients may not be so welcome. If you are an NHS patient and are working it may be best for you to find a different dentist as arranging days off from work or rearranging other commitments to attend this dentist may be an unwise move. I must say that the receptionist was very apologetic and almost embarrassed to cancel each time. You can tell by her voice that she is very professional, and apologetic and feels for you. None the less think twice about joining this practise if you are a NHS patient.

Just letting people know that this practice is not taking any new patients, even kids. Don’t know why they don’t update website with this information. We called already few of them which didn’t specify if they are taking any new patients, so don’t waste your time .
