  1. Review titled Disappointing Dental Experience

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Hayley Dai - Posted on 15 February 2024

I recently underwent a teeth filling treatment at a local dental clinic, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The entire process left me dissatisfied and frustrated, prompting me to share my disappointing encounter. First and foremost, the filling treatment did not meet the basic expectation of durability. Shockingly, the filling fell off after just two months, leaving me questioning the quality of the materials used or the proficiency of the procedure. This unexpected turn of events resulted in the need for a revisit, causing inconvenience and additional expenses. The cost of the white teeth filling was exorbitant, with a staggering 185 Gbp for just one filling. This high price point left me feeling financially burdened, especially considering the subpar outcome and the need for a repeat procedure. The lack of durability and the subsequent financial strain have made me question the value I received for the considerable investment made in this dental care. Moreover, the discomfort I experienced during the treatment added to the overall negative impression. Two shots of anaesthetic were administered, and despite the numbing effect, the entire process was far from painless. The discomfort lingered even after the procedure, leaving me with a less-than-pleasant memory of the dental visit. In summary, my experience with this dental care provider was far from satisfactory. The short-lived durability of the filling, coupled with the high cost and discomfort, has left me reluctant to recommend this clinic to others. When seeking dental care, it is crucial to weigh the cost against the quality of service, and unfortunately, in this case, the balance tipped heavily towards disappointment.
