I was in absolute agony and rang for an appointment, I was given an appointment for Monday , I called back 5 minutes later and asked for an earlier appointment to acute pain...I was told come to our emergency appointment on Saturday 24. 6.23, when I called back on the Friday to check the time of my impending appointment, I was told you missed your appointment and you can't book another appointment due to missing an appointment 2 years ago..I wad shocked, I explained that I genuinely believed that it was Saturday 's emergency clinic and why would someone in absolute agony dna an appointment to come a day later ...she was so rude disrespectful, Insensitive, robotic ,and stone faced...I explained about me having a Spinal Fracture an extreme Phobia of dentists which my dentist had helped me overcome and was in excruciating pain she had no empathy or compassion, I do understand that every dentist has a dna policy but where people are disabled and have poor mobility ,and its questionable if it were I or the receptionist that made the mistake and if it were me I was in extreme pain, anyone can make a mistake...I have been at the dentist for 30 years and being struck off for making a mistake 2 years ago is so inappropriate, I asked to speak to my dentist or leave a message and the first receptionists would not even let me do that knowing that I was not able to easily get to the surgery due to my disability and needing help to get around...I think these decisions should be made by a Clinician not by a clerk..now iam left in without a dentist and untreated...the practice is not disability friendly and the receptionists are combative and unreasonable.

Great experience! The people were amazing and answered all my questions. The dentist was extremely knowledgeable and provided me with information about everything I wanted to know. Thank you

Receptionists very friendly, good to see COVID protocol still in use. Dentist made you feel at ease during treatment and explained what was happening. On the whole a very good experience.

I took my 75 year old mother for tooth extraction. It was a pleasant experience. My mother, who was so scared of dental treatment, was made feel comfortable at every step. Her disability was taken into account and the staff did not rush her. The dentist was excellent in communication and technique. She explained the procedure patiently which helped my mother to relax.
