I visited this practice today to deep clean my teeth and have a new filling. The receptionist was both polite and efficient. She checked my details and verified my medical conditions and allergies were unchanged. The dentist explained the properties of the different types of filling so I was able to make a more informed choice. The numbing injection was virtually painless because the dentist was clearly an extremely experienced professional who took time and care to carry out this task. The cleaning procedure was thorough and executed with the same high level of expertise, with the help of an assistant to operate the suction. The whole experience was enhanced by the environment itself, which was bright and welcoming. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice to others.

I came to the dentist after a 6 minute check I spoke to the receptionist that was booking my next appointment and told her I had to wait a long time for this appointment and was seen for only 6 minutes nothing was done about my issues I was told to book a follow up appointment and I couldn’t wait a further 2 more weeks to be seen because of the pain I was in as I was explaining myself I started to tear up and the receptionist literally laughed in my face and I told her nothing was funny about my situation and her response was she doesn’t know what to say.
