    I recently took my son along for a filling. I also took my daughter as she didn't want to stay at home alone, (she's 12). The dentist didn't like this and told her to stay in the waiting room which my daughter got upset about so we all went to the dental room. When she saw we all going in she threw her arms up in the air and said 'whatever'. She also said 'don't bring her next time' which I thought was extremely rude. Once in the room she continued in the same way. When I praised my son for being brave she said 'there's nothing to be brave about' to which I replied some people are scared if they've had a bad experience her reply: 'we don't talk about bad experiences'. I found her attitude unprofessional, arrogant and patronising. I won't be returning her behaviour was disgusting. No bedside manner whatsoever.

    I contacted this practice having not had a check up for a long time. I had previously attended all my appointments on time, paid when requested and was never late. I was told as I had not been in recently I was off the books and they flatly refused to help me, telling me to try elsewhere. They have no idea of the reasons why I could not attend, and were not prepared to give an appointment. No empathy, kindness or manners. Very dismissive manner and cold attitude. I thought this was a kind practice. I was clearly wrong.

We have had a very difficult time recently, losing Dentists and struggling to replace them, therefore capacity has been extremely limited and the team have done their absolute utmost to accommodate patients where they can.     I have used this practice for 25 years and always find them to be the ultimate in professionalism. Everyone is so helpful and friendly and always make you feel very comfortable. As a child I had a real dread of the dentist. This practice has made it almost a pleasure to go.
