In 2018 my GP referred me to hospital, where it was discovered I had oral cancer. While being treated for this under secondary care I was taken off their list for not attending, even though secondary care told me I couldn't have any dental work done during therapy. There has been a complete breakdown of communication between this practice and the hospital. When I tried explaining the situation they couldn't care less, insisting I was at fault. Luckily the hospital has helped my find a more competent dentist.

The female dentist was so nice as I always get so nervous and usually keep to same dentist but unfortunately mine had left since I last went so glad I went and booked in for a filling now which I new I needed

My dentist is brilliant. Always willing to treat me there and then rather than needing another appointment and he makes visiting the dentist far less daunting g. Thanks for all your help.

Friendly receptionist and staff. Pleasant environment while waiting for appointment with dentist. Perhaps there is a need for an attractive information board relating to policies etc, rarher than sellotape to area under TV.. However I realse display area are difficult to centralise.

From the reception staff to the dentists all are very polite and professional. The lady dentists is the best dentist I have ever seen. I highly recommend this dental practice.

The dentist was very thorough and sorted my root canal issue out quickly. After the treatment I asked a couple of questions and we had a discussion that was both informative and educational.

All staff are lovely. Reception staff explain everything when you walk in. Really warm and friendly. Dentist explains what is going on and answers all my questions from the visit. A lovely place to come.
