I just called the surgery and found the receptionist to be extremely helpful and pleasant. I have never had any issues booking appointments or attending this dental surgery, and am grateful to have a Dentist as they are difficult to get at present.

My recent course of treatment involving cleaning, and two replacement fillings. It went well and I was impressed by the friendly approach to discussing the necessary treatment and displaying the x-ray results on the screen, which was very helpful and reassuring. The work was carried out to a high standard, and the assistant did an excellent job in removing saliva during the treatment, and minimising any problems with this. Overall, I thoroughly recommend this practice and look forward to trusting my dental health to them as a grateful patient!

Receptionist is not professional and needs training. I called in sick to cancel an appointment this morning, and the receptionist said why didnt you call earlier, your wasting the dentist time. We cant book you in again. I said are you cancelling my membership, she said yes. Is this even legal?
