I had an infection under a back tooth and was unable to see my dental practice so gave them a call, ok had to wait awhile to get through but when I did they were very helpful and booked me in. I arrived a little early for my appointment, the waiting room was clean and the reception staff very friendly. I didn't have to wait long and was taken in to see the dentist, very professional, no faffing about and confirmed my diagnosis. He wrote me up a prescription and I was out the door which was what I'd gone for. I was very pleased with the service I received and in a similar situation would use them again, I think they fulfil a much needed want in this day and age. Thank you.

Staff always friendly and have given reminders leading up to appmt. Dentist friendly and efficient as always.

Receptionists very helpful polite friendly ?. Dentice nurse was friendly . The Dentice himself ,was no messing strate in their with the task in question , my teeth gums were left little sore and sensitive after treatment, but was explained by the dentice reason's for this after effect . The dentice himself, was easy to ask advice from without feeling judge or uncomfortable for asking ?.

How everyone was sensitive to me as I struggle with anxiety. The hygienist explained absolutely everything about my treatment and put me at ease.

Wellcoming , friendly. Polite Put at ease . None judgemental. Willing to interact in conversation and showed empathy when patent was nervious.

Very good dentist and dental nurse.I was not happy that you no longer take cash payments this could limit a lot of people from paying

I’ve not seen this particular dentist in over 2 years. He listened to my concerns and a green not to go ahead with the treatment plan the other dentist suggested. I explained I’d had this pain for way over a year- he agreed to not see how it goes and to actually investigate further I’m very happy I maybe out of pain soon.
