Emergency dentist waa fine but the offhand friosty manner of the receptionist keaves lot to be desired. She didnt open the door til 8.30 even though it says 8.15 on website and my appt was 8.30 so i knocked on the door twice to be let in to be greeted by her asking if id been knocking continuously on the door. Very rude manner

Had 2 text confirming appointments to turn up at the practice to say they had no knowledge of any appointments booked for me They tried to send me away but i refused They did see me but the appointment was rushed and I was treated as though I had done something wrong Theyy did not even come back to me to say what arrangements they had made Another client came in 3 minutes late and was told she would have to wait Receptionists were really offish as well not good with how they spoke to clients Not a good experience for me hopefully will not need to go back to them I had to pay fir that non service as well

Front of house staff were pleasant and friendly. The dentist and assistant were equally pleasant and friendly and dealt with my issue with ease and speed.

The dentist that I saw was very nice and listened to my concerns. He also offered to improve my teeth which I accepted thankfully. I’m sorry I can’t remember his name but I appreciate what he is doing for me

This practice has provided dental care for myself, children, my parents and even my friends for years. I have never had a bad experience. My daughter had her first experience of getting a filling today and I can hand on heart say that Asif is an absolute godsend, she diddnt sleep very well last night and was full of anxiety not know in what to expect. He put her so much at ease, talking through every step, explaining all the tools/ instruments used. She was so calm. Thank you so much

Dentist was kind and very good. I am not comfortable attending my check up appointments due to years of trying to over come a phobia i have since dental experiences as a child. But he made me feel relaxed and at ease.

I find the pre form to complete overly time consuming and unnecessary . It really does need updating now we are out of the pandemic. I’m being asked lots of questions I don’t need to be asked for a checkup. Can’t feel it is supporting GDPR. Otherwise I always find the service efficient and professional.

Could have been very good if pre appointment communication had been easier and less stressful with not being to get through on telephone and having left several voicemail messages not knowing if they had been acted upon. Actual dentist appointment was fine no issues.
