This practice struck me off less than half an hour after my first and only missed appointment. After having not only cancelled my appointments withput notice in the past, but also promising me a referral to an NHS hygienist, promising me an update soon every time I asked about it, before finally confirming this wasn't actually possible.

After phoning 111 was referred to practice for emergency treatment. Was in considerable pain & was treated with a professional & friendly approach throughout my visit. Made to feel calm & everything was very reassuring. Cannot thank dentist, assistant & reception staff enough as I was treated with kindness & respect.
