I was very nervous about having my wisdom tooth removed; the dentist made me feel at ease and explained the procedure which calmed me. would highly recommend.

Had an appointment booked, when I got there it was closed, no call to cancel or rebook, nothing on the shutters to say why. I called no answer it transferred to a mobile still no answer. I have no idea if they have shut down, but the website says they are were open. Not great customer service.

Dear patient I am sorry that you feel you are not happy with our service. You have attended this practice before and always have received excellent service. We had to cancel all the patients who were booked on this particular Saturday morning.
