So I had the appointment booked 3 months in advance only to be told on the day that it’s been cancelled because of doctor going off sick. I can understand that but then when I asked to give me annither appointment asap I was refused & now I have to wait another 3 months to see the doctor. It’s not like I am getting this treatment done free of charge. I could have at least expected them to give me nearer date although they knew it’s not my fault at all. If I had done the same & cancelled the appointment last minute would have lost all the money I paid well in advance.

I normally have good service. I had to phone for a new filling as my tooth had partly broken & repair I had did not work which I did convey. I was told by the dentist he would not do a temporary filling and the dentist did not have time to do a composite filling as this would take 45 minutes & would have to make a new appointment. I had taken the day off work to do a few chores but also to get my tooth sorted primarily. Unfortunately, I have had to make a new appointment in five weeks time when I next have some time off. I phoned back the next day to check when they made the new appointment they had only given 15 minutes although I had said it would be a composite filling, the receptionist then made a new appointment for 45 minutes, so hopefully when I go back at the end of May it will be sorted, fingers crossed. I am just a bit upset that it was basically a waste of time going as nothing really happened & I had to make a new appointment. Thankfully I am not in pain but that is not the point. I feel this is a training issue & it could have been dealt with a lot better.

Very friendly and clean, everyone was polite. Toilets were clean. The joining process was straight forward.

Great staff very polite, my teams t was explained in detail, was seen on time, i was able to make two appointments when leaving for may with no problems!

The reception team and the dental nurses are lovely. My dentist is the loveliest dentist I have ever had and I am very sad that she is leaving. She is so kind and gentle. Her dental nurse is very sweet as well. Altogether a great team x

From the moment I stepped into inspire Dental, I was greeted with an air of indifference that set the tone for what was to be a thoroughly disappointing visit. The dentist I had the misfortune of seeing, was curt and dismissive. Her demeanor was not just unprofessional; it was downright rude. She seemed to regard my questions as a nuisance, answering them with a condescending tone that left me feeling small and unheard. The examination itself was rushed and rough, with little regard for patient comfort. The Dr. manner continued throughout the procedure, making an already stressful situation even more unnerving. In summary, my experience at inspire Dental was far from the standard one would expect from a professional healthcare provider. The lack of courtesy, empathy, and quality care was startling. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking a compassionate and competent dental service.
